How to buy

Follow these 5 steps to receive your account safely.

Pick your product

Browse the store and choose the account or item you want. If it says Out of Stock, check back soon.

Place your order

Click Buy Now, enter your email and Discord username (both required), add your Roblox username if asked, and choose a payment method.

Send payment

On the confirmation page, send the exact amount via Cash App, PayPal, Venmo or Apple Cash. Put your Order ID in the note and screenshot the payment.

DM Spadezz or open a ticket (preferred)

You can DM Spadezz on Discord, but opening a ticket in our Discord server is strongly preferred. Post your Order ID + payment screenshot.

Receive & test

Once payment is confirmed we deliver fast (instant — up to 30 min at peak). Test right away and tell us within the warranty window if anything's wrong — keep a video clip for refunds.

Game-specific rules

Different games have different delivery quirks — pay attention to the ones you’re buying from.

Pet Sim 99 — Roblox username required

If you’re buying anything from Pet Sim 99 (Huges, Titanics, Gargantuans, Gems, Eggs), you must enter your Roblox username in both places:

At checkout — there’s a green box that only appears for Pet Sim 99 items.
In your Discord ticket after paying.

Items arrive in your in-game mailbox. Not required for BlockSpin accounts / guns / money.

Adopt Me — delivery up to 2 hours

Delivery time: up to 2 hours depending on queue. Adopt Me items are delivered in-game — you must put your Roblox username at checkout and in your ticket so we can join you in-game.

Murder Mystery 2 — Discord + Roblox required

Delivery time: 1–5 hours. MM2 knives & guns are delivered in-game by trade — you must include your Discord username + Roblox username at checkout.

Always screenshot the payment

Take a clear screenshot of the Cash App receipt / PayPal / Venmo confirmation. Post it in your Discord ticket. No proof = no delivery, no exceptions.

Refund policy — you must have a clip

If anything is wrong with your account, you MUST have a screen recording showing the issue. Screenshots aren’t enough — record the moment you spot the problem.

Warranty & response time

Warranty

Every account comes with a 5–24 hour replacement warranty (varies by product, shown on the page). After that window, all sales are final.

Delivery & response

Estimated delivery is 1–5 hours for most items (Adopt Me is usually within ~2 hours, depending on queue). We usually reply on Discord within minutes. DM Spadezz or open a ticket.
