How to receive your account
Follow these 5 steps after you place an order and you'll have your account in minutes.

You MUST add your Discord username at checkout
No Discord = we can’t find your order. Account info is only delivered through a Discord ticket — no exceptions.

Place your order
Pick the product, add to cart, click Checkout. Fill in your email and Discord username. For Pet Sim 99 / MM2 / Adopt Me items there’s also a Roblox username field — fill that too.

Send payment
Pick a payment method (Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Cash) and send the exact amount. Put your Order ID in the note so we can match the payment to your order.

Screenshot the payment
Take a clear screenshot showing the payment went through (Cash App receipt, PayPal confirmation, etc.). You’ll need this as proof inside your ticket. No proof = no delivery.

Join our Discord server
Click the button below to join the server. You must be in the server before opening a ticket — otherwise the ticket bot can’t see you.

Open a ticket and post your info
In Discord look for the #open-a-ticket channel and click to create a new ticket. Inside, post:
- Your Order ID (8 characters)
- The payment screenshot from step 3
- Which product you bought
We verify the payment and deliver your account info inside the ticket — usually within minutes.
