Refund & Warranty Policy

All account purchases come with a 5 hour warranty / return window. If something is wrong with the account (recovered, banned, doesn't match the listing) within those first 5 hours, contact me on Discord and I'll replace it.

⚠ IMPORTANT — If you don't have a CLIP (video recording) of what's wrong with the account, we CANNOT give you a refund. Screenshots are not enough. Record your screen as soon as you notice the issue.

If you are buying a leveled account (e.g. lvl 70-90 sweat), you must transfer the account to your own login within 1 day of purchase. This protects you in case the original owner gets banned or recovered later — once it's on your login, it can't be taken back.

🎯 Pet Sim 99 items have a 1-hour refund window after delivery. If something's wrong, message us within 1 hour with a video clip and we'll refund or replace.

🎟️ VIP / Discount codes — if your code doesn't work at checkout, you have a 1-hour refund window from the time the code was given to you. Open a Discord ticket within that hour with a screenshot of the error and we'll replace the code or refund. After 1 hour, code issues cannot be refunded.

After the warranty window, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for accounts that were not transferred within 24 hours when transfer was required.

Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from the shop and may be reported.
